Existing members must complete a Membership Renewal Form each year to ensure that the business information we have on file is up to date and accurate. This is also an opportunity for members to indicate where they wish to spend their annual volunteer hours within the group’s activities through the year.
Forms are supplied by the Membership Coordinator, D’Von Wallace.
The form may either be completed digitally or printed off and completed by hand. Please submit your forms by email or in person to the Membership Coordinator (or another member of the executive).
